Intra-Op Monitoring Services (IOM) was founded in early 2000. As a team of health care professionals specializing in intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring, we are dedicated to improving the outcomes of orthopedic, neurosurgical, otolaryngological and vascular surgical procedures. Our team currently includes a Chief Medical Director, Co-Medical Director, Assistant Medical Director and three Associate Medical Directors. We employ 55 technologists and an office/administration staff of 47. We monitor in over 175 hospitals in 11 states.
