Intra-Op Monitoring Services (IOM) was founded in early 2000. As a team of health care professionals specializing in intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring, we are dedicated to improving the outcomes of orthopedic, neurosurgical, otolaryngological and vascular surgical procedures. We employ 50+ neurophysiologists and an office/administration staff of 35. We monitor in over 200 hospitals in 13 states.
